EATING) |

We feed sprouts as our
main supplement. We make our own sprout mix by going to Whole Foods
and buying hulled sunflower seeds, millet, wild rice, mung beans,
buckwheat, horse oats-from feed store, and other items that look
tempting and easy to sprout.

(760/591-4951). Cover and soak the soak-n-cook overnight. Bring to a
boil and cook at a low boil for at least 45 minutes the next
morning. The soybeans must be well cooked. This mixture will keep in
the refrigerator 3 to 4 days. It should be offered fresh daily. If
your bird is in a warm room, remove the soak-n-cook at night. Fed
